How long did it take for approval?

Most States have a Patients Bill of Rights. Check on-line and see if yours
does. It can vary from state to state.

MS">My insurance approval took a lot of time (7 months), tears and
letters. Not my mention leg work and research. I personally went through 2
denials and 3 appeals before I was approved - but I promise that its
totally worth it so far. My surgery date is <font color=red> February

Sans MS">My suggestion is to be prepared. Check the health benefits

WOW!!! I'd call your insurance co. and just ask them how long does it take
for an approval? What does the Dr. office say? Have they tried to call for
you? Good luck :)

I have been waiting 7 weeks for BCBS PPO to give me approval. Each time I
call to check they tell me they need "one more thing". Yesterday
I was informed they needed a THROID PROFILE. I was never before informed of
this. Has anyone else????
