Question:
Need to know what insurence

I am looking for an insurence company that has covered gastric bypass. This would need to be a self purchased insurence policy. I know that you can purchase Blue Cross but need to know what other policys are out there. Thank you    — Teressa D. (posted on November 17, 2003)

A friend of mine self-purchased Ochsner Total Health Choice and was approved in less than five hours! They require it to be medically necessary, and must have documented co-morbidities.
