Weight Loss Survey Responses

The following are Amanda J.'s responses to the Weight Loss Survey:

How did your employer/supervisor react to your decision? What did you tell him/her? How long were you out of work?

I only told my immediate manager who told her manager and the director of our group. I told them that I didn't want everyone in the office knowing and they respected that. They were very generous with time off and allowing me to work from home. I was gone for less than two weeks. I was back to work 13 days after surgery, but I was only at work for a half day.
