Again, it's been forever since i've posted a comment. Things are going really well for me! Of course the fact that I just returned home from the beach doesn't hurt! I'm a little over 5 months post op now and i've lost 85 lbs!!! WOO HOOOO! It feels GREAT! Of course, I always tend to hope it was more, but I'm satisfied with where I am! It's a heck of alot better than where I was before! Thanks for everyone here at AMOS...you are all a great source of hope and support! I'll try to not be gone so long next time!

Well, here I am two months post op and 40+ pounds lighter. Things are going very well also! The only real major trouble I have had is that my scar has developed a keloid and it's not very comfortable. My bra seems to rub it just right and irritates it! Otherwise I could never say that this is something I wouldn't do again. I would in a heartbeat! I will keep everyone posted as I progress further. Thanks for all the well wishes!

Hi everyone. I just talked to Angela in the hospital and she sounded Great!!!!!!!! She says she is feeling so much better this afternoon. Has a little bit of a sore throat, but otherwise feeling great. Let's continue to keep her in our prayer as she still has a rough road ahead.

She made it through the surgery just fine. No problems at all. However, the first night was a little rough between the pain and the nurses running in and out. Neither she nor I got much sleep. Her spirits are well. Hopefully only 4 mores days before she can come home. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I will have an update as soon as anything changes. Thank you again. I just called the hopital and Angela came through surgery without any complications. She is in recovery now, but everything looks great. Another for the other side! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!1

Angela, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile.
