Congratuations all the way from Mexico City! Keep up the good work. As a doctor didn´t you feel other doctors and health prof. did not understad that it is almost impossible to loose weight just with will power? I am a nurse here in Mexico City. Thak God for ths surgery!

Nearly 3 months post op and lost almost 90#. Off most antihypertensive agents and sleep most nights without CPap. Having some problems not being able to eat as much solid food as I would like, but there are a lot of good soups out there. I get "messages" from my gut if I stray from the "dont eat me" list or if I mix water and food. I don't like those "messages".
