08/27/03 It has been 2 years since I had my surgery and I am doing great... No problems with weight or labs. I am 5'5" and weighed 232. I am now down to 145 and probably will stay about this size since I will not need any additional surgery such as a tummy tuck!! I am 55 years old so I do feel comfortable at this size. I do recommend this surgery for anyone who has seriously tried everything else and failed. Also... don't keep putting it off and adding the pounds and I would highly recommend Dr Randall Bolar. 04/30/04 I had 2 hernia's, so I decided to do a tummy tuck and a breast lift with Dr Stephen Schantz. I did just great and am now glad I went ahead and had this done. My clothes fit so much better although after 3 years I still weight about 145-147. Cindy

    Dr. Bolar has been absolutely great! He is very easy to talk to and always available if a problem arises he will call or he does have a very capable nursing staff..some who have had the surgery. I would highly recommend you give him a visit before going to anyone else with less experience.
