You look awesome! I can't imagine how my Mom will look in a year from now. She is only 1-week post op and 6lbs lighter. Yahhh:) I wish you the best of luck. Suzie-Q

Hello everyone! I am Lisa's husband. She had her surgery on the 17th and we just brought her home today. She is doing well and is not in much pain at all. She is a little apprehensive about eating, however. She wants you to know that she will be in touch as soon as she is up to it! Joe Allen

Saw Lisa briefly last night. She was having quite a bit of pain, but had a big smile on her face. She has already been up & walking in the hallways thanks to the whip-cracking nurses! Hope she's feeling better today. Best of luck, Lisa.

Hi Lisa, By the time you read this, you'll be home and feeling "much better". My surgery is on July 31,2000 and I'm feeling pretty nervous about this. It's encouraging to see so many of you come through with flying colors!!

I have spoken to the nurses at St Alphonsus hospital. They say Lisa has come through surgery fine & has been brought to her room. She is in room 410 & according to the nurse I spoke to is "doing pretty well." She is on her pca Demerol & I don't plan to bother her til tomorrow. Lisa, congratulations!!! You are now on your way!! I'm sending warm, healing thought your way. See you soon.
