Hi Deb, Welcome to your new family!! This site is full of caring, and helpful people. We are all at different stages of our journey, but the main thing is that we are all here for each other. I am a fairly new post-op, 7/23/03, my surgery was done by Dr Robert Bell at Yale Hospital New Haven. The pre-surgery process can be long, but just wait until you get there and on to the post-op side of your journey. This surgery is amazing like nothing you can imagine. It is a wonderful tool to help us help ourselves. Congratulations and God Bless you.
