I listed everything i could think of. Followed my surgeons advice. And got approved the first time. I did also call my insurance and talkr\ed to a very nice woman, i just laid it all on the line to her, really poured my heart out to her, right after that i was approved. I think she may have had something to do with getting approved, and maybe so quickly. If so, I thank her so much.
