Surgeon: Philippe Quilici
The first time I met Dr. Quilici was in the Century City office. He was calming, supportive, encouraging, and positive. I have subsequently seen him in the Burbank office. The staff there is WONDERFUL. My only negative comment is that so many people are booked at the same time that you often have to wait. Once you are seen it seems a bit rushed. I am very happy that I chose this group for my surgery. I have seen Dr. Tovar a couple of times and he is charming and very professional.

I have to admit that the insurance company part was a breeze. I never had to contact them - everything was done thru the doctor's office. I changed my date twice and there was no problem getting re-authorized. Now that surgery is over we'll see how long it takes (and how much) they pay!!
