My whole experience with Dr. Carter has been wonderful. He has a great bedside manner and really shows care and concern for his patients. The office staff are very easy to work with and are great cheerleaders. From the filing with the insurance to the visits in the office, they do everything they can to aid in this journey.

I waited for 2 months to contact the insurance company on the initial claim. Unfortunately they did not show that they had ever received the paperwork and therefore the doctor's office had to resubmit. I was then denied. I sent in an appeal and it only was 2 weeks from the time that they received it to approve me. I should have contacted the insurance company sooner.
