Had gastric bypass 8 years ago, lost about 150 pounds. Since then I've moved to a rural area with no gym, married a chef, and had two children and put back on 80 pounds. I am in excellent health otherwise. Thinking about a revision, but going to go back to relearn everything I can about proper after surgery eating, etc., and see if I can get back on track on my own.
