Hi Ann! No, you don't know me, but I am going to have the surgery on November 1, 2001. I know what you mean about being afraid...but this is like the answer to a prayer! One patient in my doctors office said that she thought of the surgery as her last hope. I think of it as a "new beginning"! I hope that your surgery went well, and you will be home soon! Just know that you are in Gods hands and that He will never let you down!

Hi..I just wanted to say "good Luck" to you on your surgery. I had mine on May 15th and would do it over again in a heartbeat. It has changed my life.
