I have had one total knee, and need another. I cannot walk well at all, and cannot exercise. I desperately need to lose this weight so that I can get a job. I recently lost a job and I truly believe it was directly related to my weight. I suffer with severe clinical depression and medications are no longer effectively fighting my suicidal thoughts.
