Just starting the search on how to handle the extreme weight loss that I need. My friends tell me I look good, but I don't feel like I should. I miss my "pre-children" size, and I'm very frustrated with where I'm at now. I am researching stomach stapling, because I need something to STOP me... I am also considering cosmetic alternatives, such as abdominoplasty and liposuction. I am so new in my search, that I have no idea even where to start!
