One week out and Im down 11 lbs. My surgery was a tough one 41/2 hours had some complications with my gall bladder being so enlarged but once they got that out..... Im doing good!! A little sore but good!! Now to get past the mental eating habits. Thanks to all for your support.... I have looked for it daily and appreciate it very much.
