Sandy's computer crashed and she can't update right now. I talked with her on the phone on Monday, 11/26 after she had been to the Dr. to have her staples removed. She said they took about half of them and she goes back next week for the rest. She was pleased with her weight loss and is feeling well. <p> As soon as she gets her computer up she will be back. I'll call her this week-end to check on her.

Mary Sandy, You are one day ahead of me for surgery. Maybe we will meet at the hospital. I'm glad to read what you wrote about Dr. Holwick and see that you and I share the same thoughts about her and her staff. YOU will do great and so will I. I will say prayers for you on the 7th AND on the 8th when I pray for Dr. Holwick and the OR staff before my surgery. My prayers, positive thoughts and best wishes are with you.

Mary-Doctors have a way of spoiling the mood. But plenty of people on this site have proved him wrong. I am just ahead of you on Oct. 25th. You will be in my thoughts & prayers. Good luck & God bless.
