Hello Dawn - I wanted to wish you luck on your surgery. I have just started the protein sparing diet this week and look forward to having the surgery early next year. I am going thru Albany Med. We are somewhat neighbors as I live in Clifton Park. It's a long hard journey but as I see it in these messages over and over life will be better in the end! Best wishes.
