I went to see Bambi this morning and she was up and in good spirits. She said she only had pain on the left side and gas which is expected for lap gastric bypass. She was in the room with another patient of Dr. McCarty which was cool because I got to meet another person who is going through this journey that I will embark on tomorrow. I was very happy to see her and I know she will do great. When I was leaving she had a visitor so atleast she has lots of support. k

Hello, all! Thanks for the prayers and well wishes for Bambi's surgery today. I have been notified that all went very smoothly and she is in recovery. The hard part has just begun, so please continue your support! Her little angel!

Please everyone go to my friend Bambi Curtin's surgery page and fill it up with words of encouragement as her surgery is today. I am so proud of Bambi and I know that she will do well. My thoughts and prayers will be with here all day today. Thank you all.
