I am now a HAPPILY married, 30 y/o mother of two girls and almost two years post-surgery (Nov 17, 1997). Total weight loss is 112 and still counting!! I am a totally different person now. I go to the gym most everyday, run, ride my bike, play golf, play softball.....WHATEVER I feel like doing! Life is WONDERFUL!!:) Having g/b surgery is one of the best decisions I have made!

5-8-00 A couple of extra surgeries to report.....Tummy tuck, October 99 and most recently Breast Lift, March 15,2000 (had them put back where they used to be! :)
Talk about a painful surgery.....I'm six weeks post op and still can't jump around in aerobics class! I am up about six pounds right now :( a couple of vacations and not enough exercise. But, I started back at the gym today in full force! Wish me luck!

Dr. Thoburn and his staff let me know exactly what to expect after surgery. They have a "little blue book" that explains the procedure in detail. After I returned home from surgery, Christine MacGregor, the office manager, called everyday to check on me. They answered any and all questions without hesitation. My husband and I were very pleased with Dr. Thoburn and the staff at Gainesville Surgical Group.
