Dana, Just wanted to drop a note to say that I am praying for you. I hope all is going well and you are feeling much better. I am scheduled for surgery on August 13, 2002. I am so excited but the waiting is driving me nuts! I live in Great Mills, MD now but I am from Nanjemoy. I lived on Bowie Road for years. Take care.

Hi Dana, Remember, the hardest part is over. You're now on your way to the easiest part of your journey. May God bless you with as easy a recovery as possible. Take time to heal and rest. It's gonna get easier every day. I'm 5 months post op lap rny and it's just a memory now. Best decision I ever made. You'll see. God bless you on your road to good health. Love and prayers,

Hey Guys, I really need all of your help tonite. Dana has been in the hospital since Monday. I wasnt able to talk to her today. Her husband said she wasn't taking any calls. Please go to her surgery page and wish her some well wishes. Thanks

Unofficial Angel Flying In.. I went and saw Dana at the hospital today. She is in great spirits. But she has been running a fever of about 101 or so for the last 24 hours. They took her for a leak test but they hadn't given her the results as of yet. Please keep Dana in your prayers.

I talked to Dana yesterday (3/19) and she sounded great. Not sure when she is going home yet but since she is doing so well it will probably be today. Congrats Dana!!!!

I spoke to Dana about 3pm this afternoon, she sounds great. Everything is going well, pain is minimal. She said she does have a fever but they aren't sure as to why yet. I am going to see her tomorrow. Would love to take her pages and pages of her surgery page for her to read. Lets all give Dana some great support.

Unoffical Angel flying in.... Dana Dennison had her surgery yesterday.. I have not yet been able to talk to her. I just tried to call her room, but there was no answer. Maybe shes up and walking. I will put more info as I know it.

Dana, I am wishing you a safe, complication-free surgery and a quick, smooth recovery. I had my open RNY on Dec. 10, 2001 and have absolutely NO regrets. I can honestly say, without a doubt, that its the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you start your healthy new life!
