Susan~~Here's to a quick happy recovery. Remember to walk, walk, walk, drink, drink, drink and cough, cough, cough. Use the incentive spirometer not matter how much you hate it. Hi Susan. Just wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you this evening and am sending good thoughts up your way as you prepare for your upcoming life-changing surgery. I too struggle with emotional based eating, but this surgery sort of prevents that so I eat my cottage cheese and feel the feelings and yell a lot!! ANYWAY, please take good care of yourself and keep us updated as to your progress.
