Hello, Today is my two year anniversary. I have lost approximately 105 pounds. I feel great. Last summer I did two triathlons. This summer I plan on doing 4 with a possibility to do a fifth. I can't believe it really. It has been a wonderful journey. I work out 5 times a week, and feel great. I will turn 50 in October, and I have not felt this good in a decade. Definitely the best decision I have made. Take care.

Hello everyone, Today is my 6 month anniversary of my surgery. I started the day by running 3.5 miles. That is incredible considering the fact that 6 months ago I could walk three or four blocks. I have lost 94 pounds to date. I feel great. I am buying new clothes off the rack. No more BIG & Tall shops for me. I have had very few complications or problems. I no longer use a CPAP machine, my snoring has almost completely disappeared. I sleep better and feel much more energetic. I am delighted with the results and Dr. Rantis and the staff at Alexian Brothers Medical Center. They really do a nice job.

Hello all, I had my first post-op visit on May 6, just 10 days after surgery, and I had already lost 20 pounds. Amazing. No nausea or vomiting, knock on wood. Everything going well so far.

Mark, I have used sublingual (under the tongue) spray vitamins for the past several years. They're great, no vitamin taste to burp up for a few hours afterwards. You can buy them online at vitamist.com . Right now, I take the multivitamin, colloidal minerals, and C plus zinc...but my requirements might change after my surgery (in 2 weeks!).
