Surgery is scheduled for July 16th in Melbourne, Fl. This is pending insurance approval (Blue Cross & Blue Shield PPO Blue Choice Plan)which is being submitted by Dr. T's office....I am on pins & needles waiting on this step...

Blue Cross & Blue Shield approved my surgery...Pre-op date is July 10th surgery is July 16th in Melbourne, Fl with Dr.T

Surgery a success......Dr. T and staff have been top notch...Special Thanks to Bonnie Office Manager & John Dr. T's asistant......

Slight set back, one wek post-op....Infected wound...Bonie, John, & Dr. T right on it....Open incesion to drain (about 7 staples)and out on antibiotics...Home care nurse comes tohouse every day to change packing & flush wound....After 2 days, notice a big improvment already....will set wound healing back about a month if no more complications.....

Still doing ALL exercise & following instructions.....Have lost 20 lbs. in 12 days !!!!!!!!
NOT HUNGRY MOST OF THE TIME, HOWEVER IF i GET HUNGRY, i EAT or drink something allowed and it fills me up......Some cravinings, but i seem to have gotten beyond them so far. Protine drink is not the consistancy I thought it would be, but welcome from the pure luquid diet when I could have it. Only 2 more weeks till bites of REAL food again.....

Not sure of cost of all so far as my insurance will pay %80. Haven't gotten any bills yet, but once they start coming,there will be no end in sight for a while I am sure.....

Dr.T's office staff did all the ins. work for me & filing...I just collected the info they said I needed and they were WONDERFUL from there. Bonnie's is the sweetest voice in the world when she calls with the approval.
