I am 43 years old. I have been looking into the surgery for a lomg time. But different things keep happening. Feb.2003 I had a heart attack at Wal-Mart. Had 1 stent put in they were waiting for the medicated stents to come in. May 2003 the stent closed up they open it back up. June 2003I had my other 2 stents put in but guess what, October 2003I was having problems again. Went to the hospital they told me that all three stents were closed. So we went for heart surgery. The year 2003 has been very hard for my husband and 3 kids. So I am ready for my surgery March 5, 2004 My mother and my older son does not want me to do this. But I am not backing up, I am going forward.
