Hello AMOS family, I am doing great, I haven't posted lately because my most updated profile was deleted, I am almost 10 months post-op and I am down 141 lbs. I feel great, my energy level is through the roof, in fact I have so much energy I can hardly stay at home on the weekends and get rest. This surgery has been one of the best things that has happened to me. I was a bit concerned because I had hit a plateau for a long time, but now, I am loosing again and it feels great. I do not diet, I eat pretty much what I want within reason, and try hard not to snack in between meals. I started out at 320lbs, I am now 179 and still loosing, I have gone from a size 26-28 to a 12. Praise God.
