They are very slow. It took 10 weeks and 5 days to get approval. I also had to go for all the test and get the results faxed back to them before they would decide. Other then that i didn't have any hassel. The docs office faxed the results on tuesday and i had the approval on wednesday. I would recommend them but be ready for a long wait.
