Dr. Waits has been absolutely wonderful!! His staff, Nancy and Karen are always helpful, and they do everything they can to help you get approved. You cannot go wrong with this office. Dr. Waits even called everyday I was in the hospital to check on me and to make sure all was well. He also cam and visited me two days out of the four I was in there. I would recommend this office to anyone!!

All I did was write a letter of what all I have done in my lifetime to try to lose weight. With that letter along with the letter from the surgeon, and the Pulmonologist, it took two weeks and they approved me. NO FIGHTING!
