7/2/05 Happy Holiday to all. I just visited Dr. Tanaka in San Diego yesterday. He is pleased with my loss so far. He even smiled! I am very happy too but my loss has slowed down. I need to jumpstart it. I am not at my goal yet, I want to lose 20 more lbs. 255 - 105 = 150 to date. I am feeling pretty good. I have a hernia which I will have repaired sometime soon. I am hoping to have a tt with it as my belly now causes discomfort, my back aches due to the belly and breast. Wish me luck.

Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side. The trumpets are blaring, the cymbals are crashing and the drums are drumming – all for YOU! I hope that all went well for you! You’ve been out of surgery now for a little over a month – YIPPIE!!! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)…Don’t forget to update your profile at least monthly and take lots of pictures…the transformations will make your jaw drop!!! RNY 10/31/03 – down 93 pounds!!! Good luck!

I hear you made it! That is wonderful. My wife is almost three years post and has lost 175 now. You have made a couragous choice. Hang in there and you will do great.

Hi, TamiB SuJoe's Angel with an update on SueJoe! I spoke with her tonight about 7:00 p.m. and she said she's doing fine. She had her open RNY yesterday morning and they also removed her gallbladder. She sounded really good on the phone. CONGRATULATIONS!!! SuJoe, your on the other side now. Hope your life is happier and healthier, and that your feeling great in no time!
