I am 4 months post op and have lost 77 pounds so far!! It was a long journey, but one that I am happy that I took! My highest weight was 342 and as of 8/21/00 my weight is 265!!! My health is improving and I am no longer a "couch potato"!!!!! I am constantly doing something...energy...I had no idea what it felt like until now! And the best is yet to come. I really need to thank my support group OSSGMN for all of their help. Please visit them and join...they are a great bunch of people who will be able to answer anything and everything about the surgery.
