Hi Daphney, what an exciting story. Thank you for sharing. I had surgery 3/18/03 and at 5 weeks I had lost 30 pounds. I am only going to weigh once a month but I feel like I haven't lost anymore weight...we'll have to wait and see. I hope I have the same results you did when you didn't think you had lost any more weight. I can hear the disappointment in your posts when you thought you weren't doing enough, getting enough water or protein and then things turned around, that is exciting to hear. Daphney, you give me hope and encouragement. Keep up the good work! Congratulations on your successful weightloss and your marriage, oh and starting a family. Peace and Blessings Rhonda

wow daphney. you look awesome. keep up the good work.how did you do it. what foods due u eat. i had the surgery on 11/12/01 and only lost a total of 75lbs. so far. can you please email me.
