I have had my surgery. I had the VRG on February 2nd. I was released after 3 days. Being home was halot harder than I thought it would be. But I live day by day. It gets easier every day. So far I have lost 22lbs. I am on the road to recovery and feeling great.

I chose Dr. Inman because of all the great things people had to say. I met with Dr. Inman in July. I found her staff to be very helpful and understanding. Dr. Inman answered everyquestion I had and explained questions that I had not even thought of. I feel that she is the best choice for me. I did however feel some what put back because of her method of consiltations. She puts everyone into a large meeting room to answer everyone's questions and to go over the different procedures thoroughly. After that session she meets with you one on one. If you dont have any other questions for her she writes a few things down and your done. After awhile I can see why she does this, but at first it was not what I wanted or expected. Overall I feel Dr. Inman is a good person and is a very competent surgeon. She alone has done over 1900 Bariatric surgeries and is an emergancy surgeon. that alone makes me fell safe in her operating room.
