Hi Randy: You're about to become a loser. Way to go. I'll be seeing Dr. Garber next Monday (12/1) and having mine done too. I'll try to get up to the hospital to see you over the weekend. Take Care........ Reid

Randy, The week before surgery is an experience in itself. Personally, I preferred the week after surgery; it was easier! Not to worry, after the 26th you can just concentrate on getting healthier with every new day. I hope all your weight loss dreams come true. Keep it positive. Best wishes,

Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved.
