Hi Karen, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories) because my surgery went just fine. I was not in much pain, just sore. And that was not really my incision, it was mostly my back (go figure). Remember, keep it positive, that includes having only positive people around you. The negative people are just ill-informed. Unfortunately, negative comments right now can really send you into a tail spin (and for nothing!!) Anyway, you'll do just fine. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. Mine have. All the best,
