I am just getting started in my journey. I have gone to the psychologist who said I was not a good candidate for the surgery.

I had my appointment with the 2nd psychologist who laughed at the first one and said I am just the person who needs this surgery! I am so excited. My hubby had his surgery a week ago today and has already lost 26 pounds! I am finally scheduled for July 30!! :)

July 29th...Well tomorrow is the big day! I am so excited. Thanks to all who posted their support.

August 04, 2004 ... My surgery is over and all went well. I'm so excited about finally being on the losing side! Thanks again to all of those who posted their support and for all of your prayers.

August 06, 2004 ... I went to the Doctor yesterday and I've lost 21 pounds!! I am so excited.

Phew... been a while
November 01, 2004 ... I down 75 pounds and feeling great. I can't believe how much better I feel after just so few pounds.
