I'm 45 yrs old, I have type 2 diabetes, HB, and complications including but not limited to: peripheral neuropathy, venous leg ulcers,ankle pain,sleep problems,fatigue.

Looking at my options...

I have recently moved from california to the Pacific Northwest. I am making progress with dietary changes. I have aprox. 125 pounds to lose.

Looking for support groups in my area (upper olympic peninsula) who have similar challenges.
