I AM 36 YEARS OLD 4 CHILDREN I WANT TO BE HEALTHY I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY HEALTH DUE TO BEING OBESITY.I been obese since I was a little girl now i'm all grown up but having problems with my back and legs it hurts so bad.I'm to young for health problems when i know something can be done.I've tried all kinds of diets to lose a little to gain it all back and more.I just want to be healthy.
