Dr. Heap is a very excellent surgeon. At first he comes across very serious, but then grows on you. I am constantly recomending him to everyone. His office staff is wonderful, very helpful. If you make an appointment with him go in knowing that you are there to take care of business, but that he is doing it for all the right reasons. His surgical competance is whats most important and he deffinately gets an A+ there. He stresses after care & vitimins very much, which is also very important.

I didn't really have to even deal with them. The Dr's office wrote them a letter & it was approved just like that. They paid everything in atimely manner, so I didn't really have to talk withthem at all.
