Glad to hear you are felling better. I just got home monday, and I too had Big gallstones removed with the gallbladder. Man they were big. welcome to the otherside. Suzanne

I am 5 days post-op. Very Sore...but glad the surgery is over and weight loss has began!I had 6 or7 marble size gallstones so the gallbladder had to go. Happy to get it all done at once! Thanks for all of the support

Thanks So much for all the kind and encouraging words! You all are great friends. My MD's office called today and said I have gallstones so they will remove my gallbladder during the surgery. I am glad they found them so one surgery can do it all. Charlene ....I'll be praying for you as you go into surgery. We should feel a whole bunch better one year from now. I have raised two granddaughters alone and not taken time for myself until now. My oldest granddaughter just graduated from high school last week and will be attending the Univ.of Hartford in Hartford ,Ct this fall. It sure is a long drive from Kentucky. She won a good scholarship though and it is where she wants to go.I've met lots of nice people there. My youngest will be a sophomore next year. I appreciate all of you keeping me in your prayers. I am a school social worker so I still think God has lots of work left for me to do...but you can never have too many prayers! I'll let all of you know how it went as soon as I get home and get settled. My prayers and best wishes are with all of you whether pre or post- op . I am thankful for friends like you and this website .It has truly been a blessing to me! Vikki :0)
