Carly, Relax and enjoy a little bit. You are doing great. 40lbs is Fantastic. You will go NUTS trying to figure out why you aren't losing some weight in a day or week. Stick to your Dr's and nutritionist plan. Drink lots of water, exercise and protein and the weight will come off. Hang in there. It didn't come on in a day, soooo it will take a little bit to come off. You are doing GREAT. Hang In there. Tom Pusl

I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.**Hugs**

Hi all, just wanted to let you know I'm hanging in there & keeping strong. I just joined a gym & have been going daily & feeling great. I admit that there are times when I just don't feel like it (as this is still all "new" to me), but I just say to hell with it & go anyway, I need to develop a routine here. The gym is great because I told them about my upcoming surgery & they're working with me to help develop exercises I can do now, keeping aside the strenuous stuff for after when I'm feeling capable of doing more. (They're also working with me to hold off on billing until 1 month after surgery too!). I have what, 3 weeks yet, or 2 3/4 of a week....Yes, I'm excited, nervous, but looking forward to this with a clear mind & heart. I want to thank all of you who've wished me well, I keep all of you in my heart & prayers. God speed!
