Crystal, Good luck with your upcoming surgery. Nervous? Scared? Excited? All of the above? You'll do just fine. Don’t worry about getting in all your protein the first couple of weeks. Focus on drinking enough water…SIP, SIP, SIP. Another important thing is to get as much sleep as possible the first two weeks. Your body needs the rest and you’ll be VERY tired. Hi Crystal ~ Just want to let you know that you will be in my prayers and thoughts. I am still waiting for my consultation but I wish I were in you shoes! I am so ready and I know you must be. Just think of the whole new world that will be yours on the 24th!!! You'll do great and every time that you think that you can't go on just remember that the pain doesn't last forever and that if you just do some deep breathing and take things a little slow at first, you'll look back in a few months and wonder what you thought was so bad (that's what I did after my hysterectomy last year and it really helped) God Bless and if you need to talk I am here.
