Hi Theresa - Good luck with your surgery -- Dr. Brathwaite did my surgery on the 23rd of Jan. so I am two weeks out. You will be fine and do great. Drs. Brathwaite and Ahmad are wonderful, caring and keep good checks on you. Stonybrook nurses are the best ever you wait for nothing - they are there the minute you call -- in pre-surgery they give you heated blankets to keep you cozy. Everyone who has anything to do with your surgery comes over to meet you and talk to you. You are in fabulous hands. Email me if i can help with any questions - think good thoughts - truthfully you go into surgery and they say take a deep breath and the next words you hear wil be Theresa wake up its over you did great. Honest you will don fine and you are in the best hands. Debbie
