I liked Dr Clough right a way he was very straight forward. I liked the staff very much I never had to wait more then 10 min I found Dr Clough to be an excellent surgeon. Dr Clough was very strict about the support group prior to surgery and recomends it after surgery. After is structered to the individuals p progress. The risks of surgery were discribed indepth but based on what could happen without surgery I found they were worth it. Overall rating would be excellent

The insurance co is not helpful. I had to call regularly and fax constantly and check to see that they received the information. Lost forms a couple of times. I think they stall regularly. I was very persistent and finally got results I would recommend calling and bothering them a lot. And document every call and fax and letter.
