June 12, 2002...slightly over 3 months post op, down to 278 from 344.5 lbs (plus 22 lbs of water weight gained in the hospital!). Finally feeling somewhat normal when eating, as long as I eat slowly and eat every 2-3 hours. Body is reshaping itself at an incredible rate. Went shopping Saturday and was convinced to try on jeans...normally wear 32's from catalog. Tried on 24's...too big! Came home with 3 pairs of 22 jeans (elastic waist but not stretch jeans), and size XL top (from a 3X!) I can't believe it! Wahoo!

Congratulations Rhondi on your success. I am so happy for you. Keep up the most excellent work!!!I have my surgery on April 8th and I am from CA too. Take care of yourself and keep smiling :)
