Hi Deb, Boy can I relate to the hair issue. I have always had thin hair but alot of it. It is coming out by the handfuls (my sink looks like someone attempted a really bad haircut)I am almost four months out and hope that this stage comes and goes fast. From what I heard nothing really helps but good luck in getting past this stage. Liz

Congratulations, Deb, you are doing awesome! I take GNCs Hair and Nail vitamins. I started taking them at 2.5 months when my hair started falling out and I had new hair growth by month 6! At one year now I have more new hair growth. I swear by it! Best wishes to you!
