Happy Re-birthday to you!!! I found this quote and just love it! When running up a hill, it’s alright to give up as many times as you wish – as long as your feet keep moving. Hi everyone! Latest update on my little angelette. She's 5 lbs away from being under 200 lbs. I just wanted to take a moment and say how truly proud I am of her! She said her kids have never seen her skinny! Well, baby, they are in for a wild ride with you! She seems to be feeling better and better! Just thought I'd let everyone know how great she's doing!

Hi Annette, it took me at least 4 weeks to feel like my energy was coming back and I had LAP surgery! I think that walking and increasing my protein helped get me over that hump. I went on vacation and I was walking about 6 miles a day, and getting 2 or 3 times as much protein and calories as I had earlier (I was only getting about 20 grams protein at the most, and only eating about 120-200 calories). Good luck to you.

Hi Annette, I just read your post, and I really didn't feel too great the first 6 weeks... but be patient with your self.. you just had a major surgery...it does take some time for the body to heal....I just started back exercising and that really has helped me with my energy level... day by day it gets better.... take care :)

HI Annette - in response to you message board post - I am 6 weeks post op and I felt very low energy the first 3 weeks, then gradually it got back up. Also they say excercise helps this but I would not know that yet, lol. I did not have any nausea, good luck!!

Hi sweetie---I saw that you had posted to your profile and I was so tickled because it says "POST OP" next to your name. That is so cool. Take care and hope to see you soon. Love your angelette, Maureen

Hey Netter This little bit of love comes from your Mother. I am so glad that the surgery is over and you are on the losing side now. You have done so well over the last few days. It was so neat to be with you for 4 days and nights just us. You are my baby and it was so hard to see you hurt but hey you made it and I am proud of you. God has a bubble around you so you will be fine. I am going home to see your daddy and leave you in the hands of Rob he will look after you well, he loves you more than anything on this earth and I am very aware of that. So I will see you Monday. I love you so very much baby, hang in there and enjoy your chicken. love and kisses Mother
