Hi Kari, I read your profile and you really gave me a lot to think about. First of all you really look wonderful. I am sorry however that you are not feeling full and need to undergo a revision. I wish you luck with that and I hope you stay happy and healthy. I really appreciated hearing the other side - not just the "everything after surgery is peachy" side. Thanks

Hello Keri, you look fabulous!! I'm interested in attending your QC Support Group, however you stipulated you had to be a patient of Dr. Stoner. Why is that? They're trying to start a support group at Trinity West (John Deere Road next to Eagles Country Mkt) on the fourth Monday of every month from 7 p.m.- 8 p.m. for anyone who has had or wants to have WLS. My open RNY was 9/19/01 so I was able to atted my first meeting in Oct '01 and I was disappointed that there were only five of us there that evening. There was a young mom (post-op)that was wanting to travel to Peoria for a support group because she felt she needed more than once a month. I saw another support group that had an age restriction (18-29) on their meetings. How sad to think age would make a difference to some. Sorry I didn't mean to go on and on, but I very much interested in meeting people in the QC area that have had WLS. I hope to hear back from you, thanks so much. [email protected]
