The first time that I met with Dr. Tasi, I was very nervous, right away he put me at ease. He went into great detail regarding the surgery as well as what is expected of me both before and after my surgery. Dr. Tasi has an assistant that works with him, and she has been great with working together with my PCP and getting all of the needed tests as well as all of the Insurance paperwork together. So far my expernce with Dr. Tsai has been great.

My PCP’s office did all of the paper work with BCN, although they did wait until the last minute to approve this. The explanation that I got was that they are so backed up on claims right now that they are only looking at claims that are within two weeks. But I made sure to have all of my “Ducks in a Row” I had my PCP write a letter stating that it was medically necessary, I had a therapist write a letter to say that I was “mentally” able to perform all of the pre/post follow care, and my surgeon wrote a letter stating that I was a candidate for this surgery.
