First consult went well. Seems like a nice person. I am still considering Dr. Kane. Jenny who works for Dr. Kane is very efficient and helpful. The BTC at Belvidere seems to sway my decision they were very good with me so far. The only thing about BTC the doctor wants me to have a $500 pscyh evailuation and see a lung specialist, and a heart specialist. I would bet they will cost a pretty penny. I have hired a lawyer because my insurance won't pay because of an exclution denying WLS of any kind. Maybe once I get approved the insurance should pay for the pscyh evail and heart and lung doctors. I am just waiting

It was a very bad experience, they treated me as if I was stupid and not worth anything. I was given the run around for 6 months and still until I hired a lawyer and they said my info I had requested would be in the mail today. I don't think they care they are not going to help you in any way. Local 705 and BC/BS were very snotty in most respects and acted like they didn't want to talk to me let alone help me. I suggest that you do all that you can do if they aren't helping get a lawyer.
