Dr. Graves is the greatest doctor I have ever had. He made this the easiest surgery I have ever had...and I have had alot of surgeries. His office staff is so very helpful. He has now retired...this is so sad for those of you searching...because he was the greatest.

Prudential, POS
This insurance company is very difficult to deal with anytime. They like to tell you, "Well, it take up to 5 working days to get those things put into the computer". I got to where I called almost daily, in order to get their attention. They stall alot. They gave the wrong address and fax number at first to the people in the doctor's office, so therefore, my paperwork went to Florida instead of here in Tennessee. Recommendation with this company ....KEEP CALLING. If I can be of help to anyone please let me know. I have trouble with this company on little doctor bills...so I know that they will give me trouble with this big bill. Endurance...
